Yes. Courses include free preview videos, allowing students to evaluate the quality before purchasing. If the content is offensive or does not match the instructor's description, please email us. In such cases, we offer a full refund or the option to exchange it for another course.
Yes, our app is available for Android and iOS, optimized for video learning. You can download videos for offline viewing and interact with the AI Assistant while online. Note: Video uploads are only supported on desktop computers.
For videos in the Global Pro package, we provide a free English translation. If your video is in English, you can choose another language. Additional translations are available for a fee. If no translation is pre-selected, subscribers can initiate one; it takes about 1 hour to complete and becomes available to everyone.
After purchasing the course, you will find all available materials directly under the videos on the course page.
On the website, the AI assistant is available via chat right under the videos. In the app, you can even have a voice conversation with the AI assistant, for example, while driving. The AI answers your question based on the uploaded video, indicating the location of the hit.
An online connection is required on the website. In the app, you can download the course for offline access. An internet connection is required for the AI assistant.
You can pay via a fixed price or a monthly subscription. Payments can be made via credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay on the website. One-time purchases provide 1-year access.
Business clients pay via bank transfer based on individual contracts with annual, semi-annual, or monthly billing.
Both formats are available on the site; the instructor always decides which format to use for the course.
You can apply the discount code at the checkout, directly before payment.
In case of a complaint, we will refund the fee or you can use it for another course. For valid claims, the refund will be in your account within 30 days.

Uploading videos is always free. In the Expert Base package, you can price your videos without restrictions. In the Global Pro package, pricing must account for AI translation costs (details in the Terms of Education). For Business subscribers, instructors are contacted with individual compensation offers.
You can upload any number of videos, but we recommend a maximum length of 30 minutes for AI translation quality and student engagement (ideal: 15-20 mins). The system automatically optimizes the resolution to 1080p (1920x1080) upon upload.
The instructor decides. We recommend lower prices for beginner courses, while intermediate and advanced materials should follow market rates. Remember: high-quality content attracts buyers, and the "volume over margin" principle works well here!
We send a monthly statement at the beginning of each month covering all sales and Business subscriptions. You must approve or dispute this statement. If you have a registered business, we pay against an invoice issued based on the statement. If you do not have a business, you receive the payment as a service fee, and Yoomten.com Kft. handles the tax liabilities. Details in the Instructor Terms.
The intellectual property rights of the videos always remain with the instructor. By uploading, you grant Yoomten the right to display the content and create AI-generated translations, but the control over the content is yours.
Yes, the AI teaching assistant automatically generates quizzes and downloadable summaries based on your videos. This significantly reduces your workload, as you don't need to manually create materials for every lesson.
We provide transparent analytics on the instructor dashboard. You can track view counts, student progress, and quiz results, giving you an accurate picture of your courses' effectiveness.
The instructor has no technical tasks regarding translation. In the Global Pro package, the AI performs the work automatically. If a student requests a new language, the system generates the translation in about an hour without human intervention, and then sends an automatic notification to the user.
Here, you don't just buy a course; you get a complete management interface where you can track employee progress and results. We assemble training packages based on individual corporate needs, taking the coordination burden off your shoulders.
Through the admin interface, based on the employee roster, you can see which trainings each person must attend during the year and the results they achieve.
The company assigns mandatory courses to every employee. Employees can see these in their own accounts. Both the employee and the employer can view the results of the quizzes following the courses.
Businesses can choose from existing Business-licensed videos or upload their own internal materials. Additionally, upon request, Yoomten can recruit instructors to create new training content specifically tailored to the company's needs.
Yes, both parties receive a certificate. It is important to note that these are generally not state-recognized diplomas. If a course does offer the possibility of obtaining a state-recognized certificate, it will be specifically indicated in the description.
We contact every business individually. The price depends on the number of employees, the number of course types, and the method of assessment.
We conclude the contract based on an itemized quote with monthly fulfillment. If an employee leaves, the next month's invoice is reduced. If a new employee arrives, the list is expanded with personalized training requirements.
We contact every instructor who joins the Business program. The instructor can provide volume-based discounts, which we pay out through monthly settlements. Instructors can see these sales in real-time via the admin interface.
